St. Joseph Catholic School was founded in 1940. We have small class sizes allowing for our teachers to individualize education. Every child has personal goals set for them whether they need extra assistance or need a more rigorous curriculum for their grade. The small class sizes promote a partnership between home and school instilling Catholic values and creating a school family.
Each teacher in preschool to grade eight is a practicing Catholic weaving faith into all aspects of the curriculum. Staff and students attend mass weekly, reconciliation (grades 3+) monthly, daily prayer, Advent and Lent prayer services, and more. Developing a rich prayer life is essential to the core of St. Joseph students as we help them learn traditional and nontraditional Catholic prayers such as the Rosary, adoration, St. Joseph Chaplet, guided mediation, Divine Mercy Chaplet, and more.
